On Saturday, 4 July 2026, the Gelderland Provincial Championship was held in Ede. With a small but friendly turnout of 10 players, they competed for the Gelderland title.
The victory went to Anjo Travaille. Dennis Baas finished second, while George Franka completed the podium in third place.
The Gelderland Provincial Championship also provided a nice final opportunity to get some competitive practice in ahead of the Stratego World Championship in Leiden.
