Strategobond Nederland invites you to the Open Dutch Stratego Championship 2026.
The Dutch Championship is only open to players who have a Dutch passport or live in the Netherlands. Both experienced players and beginners are welcome. No prior qualification is required.

🏆 Categories If there are enough junior participants, the tournament will be played in two categories. If you are 15 years old or turn 15 this year, you will play as a senior. If there are not enough junior players for a separate group, everyone will play in one group. In that case, junior players will still compete for the Junior trophy.
🎁 Prizes • Trophies for the top six seniors and top three juniors • Special Stratego pins for the top 25 seniors and top 15 juniors • Game prizes for seniors finishing 7th to 9th and juniors finishing 4th to 6th • The best senior newcomer will also receive the book ‘Stratego: From Beginner to Winner’ by Richard Ratcliffe
✍️ Registration and entry fees Registration on the day itself is possible between 9:45 and 10:30. Pre-registration is strongly preferred and is also cheaper.
• Pre-registered: seniors €5 / juniors €2.50
• Not pre-registered: seniors €10 / juniors €5
If you register before Wednesday, 4 November at 23:59, you will pay the lower entry fee.

The total playing time per round is 55 minutes: 5 minutes for setup and 50 minutes of playing time.
♟️ Game and tournament rules The tournament counts towards the international ranking and will be played according to the ISF rules (see Kleier.net).
