Strategobond Nederland invites you to the Open Gelderland Provincial Championship. The tournament is organised in cooperation with Mark Baardman.

👥 Categories Everyone is welcome to participate – both experienced players and beginners. No qualification is required.

If there are enough junior players, the tournament will be played in two categories:

  • Seniors
  • Juniors (up to and including age 15)

If there are not enough junior players, the juniors will play together with the seniors, but will still have their own prize category.

  • Senior top 3: trophies
  • Senior places 4 to 6: game prizes
  • Junior top 3: medals
  • Junior places 4 to 6: game prizes

💰 Registration & entry fee You can register at the venue between 10:00 and 10:30. The entry fee is then:

  • Seniors: €10
  • Juniors: €5

👉 Pre-registration is appreciated and is cheaper:

  • Seniors: €5
  • Juniors: €2.50

🍔 Food & drinks Food and drinks are available at the venue for purchase. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed in the playing and catering areas.

🕒 Schedule 10:00 – 10:30: Registration 10:45 – 12:45: First two rounds 12:45 – 13:15: Lunch 13:15 – 17:00: Remaining rounds 17:15: Prize ceremony

The total playing time per round is 55 minutes, including 5 minutes for setup.

⏱️ Game & tournament rules The tournament counts towards the international ranking and will be played according to the ISF rules (see Kleier.net).
